American Boat Racing Association operates the website and H1 Unlimited social media pages which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the H1 Unlimited website.

If you choose to use our SERVICE, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the SERVICE. We will not use or share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
