Seattle, Wash. – September 22, 2016 – Today HomeStreet Bank (NASDAQ: HMST) announced that in celebration of Jimmy Shane and Miss HomeStreet winning the 2016 H-1 Unlimited National High Points Championship, the bank will host a rally with the boat and driver. The celebration will take place at the Union Square Courtyard downtown Seattle office on Wednesday, September 28th from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

After winning the 2016 San Diego Bayfair Bill Muncey Cup, Shane pulled away with a total 8,095 points for the season to secure the championship win over J. Michael Kelly with 7,176 points.

“It’s been an exciting and eventful season, and we went into San Diego very confident about our chances,” Jimmy Shane said. “Winning the national championship was a huge success, and I’m happy to share this win with my team, HomeStreet and Seattle.”

Fans will get to pose with the bright blue hydroplane on display and greet its championship driver Jimmy Shane. HomeStreet Bank prides itself on being a contributing member of the communities in which it operates, and the bank is looking forward to sharing this win with Seattle fans.
