Strong Racing’s U-8 to be Miss Tri-Cities
Strong Racing has announced their U-8 unlimited hydroplane will be known as “Miss Tri Cities” for the first three races of the 2021 H1 Unlimited season. Owner Darrell Strong explained, “This is an innovative approach to boat sponsorship, given that the Miss Tri Cities will represent a number of Tri Cities based companies and the program includes a charity component.”
The team will make donations to the Royal Family Kid’s Camp (a week long camp for foster kids) and the Miss Tri Cities Scholarship program as part of the sponsorship package. Sponsors will be treated to VIP hospitality during the HAPO Columbia Cup race July 23-25 and behind the scenes access to the Strong Racing team’s operations. Four levels of sponsorship are available.
