Les Schwab Tires and Red Dot Corporation announced today that they will be the title sponsor of the U-9 Jones Racing for the 2014 season. The boat will race as “Team Red Dot” in Madison and Detroit and Team Les Schwab Red Dot for the western swing.” Gary Hansen, vice president of Red Dot Corporation, said.
“With the season that they had last year, highlighted by nearly winning the Gold Cup, and Red Dot’s own Jeff Campbell being named H1 Unlimited Crew Chief of the year, both companies wanted to return for 2014 so we decided to partner. Les Schwab Tires is an icon in the Pacific Northwest,” Hansen added. ”Our companies share very similar values regarding customer service and product performance. We are a good match.”
